If your looking for an excellent estate agent to sell your property I highly recommend that you use Morris Armitage Estate Agents @ Downham Market from the very start I was dry Impressed with James Armitage advise and knowledge he guided me through the whole sale’s process professionally producing an excellent property photo/video portfolio using the very ‘latest expensive techno equipment’ on site to show my property at its very best. The whole team @ MA coordinated attended viewings promptly and kept me in the loop with all the conveyance legal updates regularly liaising with all parties concerned. In my personal experience Morris Armitage went the extra mile right up to the point of exchange and completion less stress for me. I cannot thank the whole team enough, Ben for very professionally showing my property to prospective buyers and Vicky too and especially ‘Karen’ who worked so hard with regular updates nudging legal processes along to keep things moving. We recently had to relocate into a different rented house as our landlord decided to sell. Frankie was extremely professional and helpful in our hunt for a new home. He took the time to make sure that we found the exact house we were looking for and gave advice if we had any questions. He was on the ball in replying to emails that we sent, this made it so much quicker to get everything moving. He genuinely wants to help people and not just try and push them into renting somewhere for the sake of it, which is great to see. Update after being in our property for 6 months.... both the agent and our landlord continue to surpass all expectations. They are truly so responsive and such a pleasure to deal with! During my search for a property in downham market,i found Morris Armitage to be one of the best estate agents i have ever dealt with. They are professional yet very friendly and helpful,my thanks to Karen,Ben, and James.I would not hesitate to use them should i want to sell my property. Lucy was friendly on the phone and when handing paperwork back and not forgetting Ben when we turned up at the wrong office! We've been really impressed with the Downham Market team from start to finish. They have been professional and knowledgable throughout our sale. When our first sale fell through they were on hand to give the best advice for a quick sale. Karen has been an absolute diamond post sale agreed with fortnightly updates as a minimum. Of all the estate agents I have worked with over the years, Morris Armitage has been far and away the best. They worked with us to sell a family member's bungalow, for who we are executors. They managed to secure an early offer, and ensured a trouble free sale. All of the Morris Armitage team were extremely helpful and responsive, but particularly Lee Vice. They went above and beyond in ensuring regular visits to the house, as we weren't local, and connecting us with professionals to help with other aspects of maintaining and selling a house. We used Morris Armitage to sell our property. Mr Armitage was professional and explained everything we needed to know clearly at our initial meeting and valuation. Lee and Ben who helped with the floor plan, description etc were helpful and although after my review there were a couple of amendments to make, they were made instantly. We accepted an offer after only the second viewing and was passed into Karen’s very capable hands to progress us from offer to exchange of contracts. Unfortunately we had a very stressful and long journey from offer to exchange due to other estate agents and solicitors failings but Karen kept me up to date at all times (despite me bothering her daily) and I feel that if it wasn’t for her we would still be waiting to exchange now! I cannot praise her enough! I would highly recommend Morris Armitage for a professional, non pushy service when selling your home.
