My partner and I recently bought a house through Morris Armitage, Downham Market branch, and the experience was incredibly positive. Karen and Ben were brilliant, from the moment of showing us around the property right up to picking up the keys. They were both on hand to answer any questions, help us with enquiries from the vendors and we received follow up emails after we'd moved in to see how we were getting on and if we were settling into Norfolk life (we re-located from Kent!). I have use MA twice now for both a home purchase and most recently a sale. MA provided by far, the most up to date, informative and responsive service out of any one in the chain. The sale was quite lengthy and threw up many obstacles but all the staff, and in particular Karen were fantastic in keeping me up to date and reassuring us all the way to completion. If you're looking to sell or purchase a property, I couldn't recommend Morris Armitage enough. I have purchased and sold, both through Morris Armitage, Downham Market in the last 2 years, and I couldn't fault them if I tried. All the staff at Morris Armitage are incredibly helpful and friendly. In particular, the staff went above and beyond when working on my sale which completed in December 2021. Unfortunately, I had THE worlds worst solicitor, (self appointed) which made things extremely difficult along the way. A massive thank you to Karen, who offered advice, guidance and support throughout and was always happy to help when things became tricky with my solicitor. Karen is a credit to the firm, highly knowledgeable and dedicated. A huge thank you for all your hard work throughout the process. Quite simply the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Ben led the negotiations from the start and got us our dream house. He was quick, efficient, friendly and professional Karen then took over the progression and the start of a long and complicated journey. I am someone one that will always read reviews but rarely write one. However I felt like I needed too with my positive experience with Morris & Armitage. I had moved back to the area and was looking for a rental property in the Downham Market area which was time sensitive as I was due to have a baby. Frankie and his team went above and beyond to find me the perfect property which meet my criteria. The property I was in at the time was managed by them also and they were aways quick to respond and extremely helpful. It was always a pleasure to speak to the team and after dealing with estate agents in London for the past 6 years, it was a breath of fresh air. I would always recommend renting and purchasing a house through MA.
