Firstly, I have bought through Morris Armitage on 2 separate occasions in the last 8 years. Both times they have been flawless on all counts. This is the reason I chose to rent my property through them when I moved away. They managed my property for 3 years and most recently sold it for me. The staff are superb both in sales and rentals. They always returned my calls if I didn't catch them in the office, and would always discuss things at length with me and I have never felt "hurried" as I have with other agents in the past. They have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions during rental period and have organised a number of works on my behalf as I live some 6 hours away. My recent sale has also been flawless. The property sold within 2 days of being on the market and through the exchange and completion, the staff were on hand to answer questions at every turn. A nice touch was that I could contact the office for an update on the conveyancing progress rather than going through the solicitors secretaries and waiting on call backs. The only negative I can say is that there isn't a Morris Armitage branch in Cornwall where I am now! It was a particularly emotional time and we had a massive hiccup when the buyers pulled out 6 months into the sale. Morris Armitage (in Downham Market) have been exceptional throughout! We listed our house with them which took quite a while to sell, but MA (we dealt mostly with Ben and Lee) couldn't have been more helpful. They regularly updating us regarding changes in the market and how our house was performing online. They came in to take updated photos a couple of times, and were really keen to ensure our house was marketed as best as it could be. Once we sold, they kept in touch with our buyers and sellers as well to keep lines of communication open. They responded to calls usually the same day, and honestly couldn't be faulted in any way.
