GoogleThe team handled the sale of my property extremely well, I found them to be very proactive and generally efficient. Karen in particular worked hard to progress my sale, liaising between various solicitors and other parties and keeping me well informed. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them. They are a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleHaving been extremely disappointed with the performance of the agent I first engaged for sale of my parents' property, I have been delighted with how responsive and helpful the guys at Morris Armitage have been once they took over. In particular they secured regular viewings, and really useful feedback from people who had viewed but not offered (something I was definitely lacking from the previous agents). Special call out for Ben and James! Whilst the market has not be great these past few months and things stalled completely with lockdown, we amazingly managed to secure a deal on the first day that lockdown was eased for estate agents. Since then the process has been really quick and smooth with great support from Morris Amitage. I would recommend them without hesitation and will certainly use them again in the future should the need arise. Well done, and thanks guys!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWithout Karen and her professionalism we would still be waiting to exchange!! From our first viewing to exchange, Karen and her colleague Ben have been outstanding. They respond immediately, professionally and also showed amazing compassion when i had a 'wobble' due to complications ( not their issue). I could not recommend them highly enough. You are not a sales stat you are a person and dealt with compassionately and professionally. We will be forever grateful :)

GoogleActing as executors for the estate of a family member and living a long way from the house, we needed an Agent who would go well beyond what you might normally expect. MA have been fantastic in this regard, doing weekly visits on the property to comply with insurance terms and advising on local people to help with many aspects of clearing and preparing a house for sale. They have made a huge contribution to a difficult task .. nothing has been too much trouble and they are always quick to respond. We would definitely recommend them very highly indeed.

GoogleHighly responsive and thorough team in the letting department. I have worked with multiple letting agencies over the years as a service member, and I must say that Frankie and Tom have definitely been the most professional and reliable agents I have yet to deal with. I have not had many issues with the home I am in, but even minor problems have been dealt with immediately, and actually followed up on! I cannot recommend these two gentlemen enough, both as a tenant and as if I were the owner of this home. They do not let problems build up and fester, they deal with them. And they do it when they say they will (unlike others I've directly and indirectly experienced). That's how it should be. Thank you for what continues to be an excellent rental experience.

GoogleNever ever respond to e mails. Quite concerned for people that pay this company to sell their property. Have tried to enquire about a number of properties now with MA and request a reviewing but they never respond. Constantly have to chase them up for basic information. Seem very unprofessional and would advise against selling your property with this company as they clearly don't have the customer's best interest at heart.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
