Viewing: Kathy, the sales manager seemed to know what we would, and wouldn't consider as a buy to let flat, and read us very well. She agreed with my partner on the viability of a flat I had rejected without a viewing.Purchase: Karen Mainwaring, the sale progressor, did exactly that. We had issues with the vendor and their solicitor slowing things down. I did point out that she seemed to be doing much of the solicitors work for them!.This is a branch where all of the staff are clearly motivated, well led & have a 'can do' attitude. As a result of all of my dealings with this branch I will be using their letting svcs to manage the property for us because I think they will continue to represent and work toward my best interests

Imagine waiting four days and counting to view a property having enquired as soon as it was up for rent, being told by a woman on the phone that no one else would beat me to it because of how early I was interested, to then realising it has been rented to someone else without ever getting back to me. i Was looking for a rental and was initially dealing with someone called Aaron. He was very professional in our conversations and setup a viewing time for Saturday 1.30pm. He had just given me the post code the day before and I went to look at property on the Friday evening myself to judge if location and house was a fit. I had decided it wasnt for me and was going to call to cancel viewing but they called to check if i was going at 9.30am Saturday morning.
It wasnt Aaron that called and I explained to the man that called I would not be going to viewing and he then proceeded to lecture me in a very condescending way about people cant change their mind on day of viewing and then sarcastically told me good luck with my house searching and ended call.
I think I dodged a bullet here if this is the way they talk to customers. Having to deal with people like that if in the property and had issues would be horrendous.

Wards were easy to deal with when we chose them as agents, but overall I felt did not have our interests at heart. Our house didn’t achieve a full asking price at a time when other houses (ones we looked at which were less attractive) were achieving over and above. Towards the sale, it also felt that they were not fighting in our corner, but for others in the chain.

I recently have exchanged contracts, I could not of got through this process without the amazing work of Kim the senior sales coordinator in Gillingham. Her tireless work through this tricky COVID 19 period is exemplary. Due to COVID there was a lot more issues than usual but her cheery voice and positive attitude helped us got over the line. Without her I think the whole chain may have collapsed. 100% recommend!
