My experience only relates to Lily in the Dover office. I was feeling pretty fed up with a situation that had gone on for months but OMG the lovely, caring and amazingly efficient Lily sorted it out in hours!! Wow, what a credit this young lady is to Wards 🤩 thank you so much. I’ve now booked a well deserved holiday thanks to you so I can only tell you how appreciative I am that I poured out my woes to which you listened patiently and then got going like a rocket to resolve it!! We were kept engaged by the Gregg at the Dover office of Wards all the way and Jodi Wyncoll our sales progressor provided excellent communications that allayed any fears that we had during some difficult periods of the purchase. She helped us with queries and kept us and the sellers up to date and facilitated the whole transaction brilliantly. It was so helpful to have an understanding person who knew the exact stage the sale was at to support us, and not be reliant on anonymous email communications where you are a ticket number and the person dealing with the enquiry spends longer finding out about the purchase than actually helping you. A great way of working, the perfect example of how to facilitate the sale of a house. Thank you.

Selling a house is stressful but thanks to the Wards team at the Tenterden branch, the whole process was made relatively painless. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and he was complimented very nicely by Tina, who kept on top of the legal situation and updated me throughout the whole process. We're currently looking for a new house to rent and I have spoken to as many estate agents as I could find over the last few days. None have been as helpful or friendly as Jodie at Wards. I felt she really went out of her way to help me, particularly with trying to help me understand a few issues I have with my current tenancy which isn't even held with them. Their customer service was abysmal.I was coming from over 20 miles away to view a property but was running a few minutes late, so rang to explain and let them know I was on the way. Got a call back a couple of minutes later to say the property had been sold hours earlier that morning and a deposit had been paid, so I couldn't even view it.
