Google5* Service from start to finish! Being new to selling properties and in doing so on behalf of friends abroad it was a daunting task. However Dan and his team have been very helpful and professional in helping us through the sales every step of the way! We have now successfully sold 2 properties in the space of two weeks subject to contract and with another under regular viewings. GoogleMiles & Barr in Deal sold my late mother's house (twice) and are now taking me through the sale of my late uncles house in Deal. I have mainly dealt with Dan who has been very helpful, answers all my questions and I am updated regularly by the team. My mother's sales was very smooth and quick and so far, my uncles sale has been pain free. My mother bought a house through Miles & Barr and again, very smooth and no problems. I would thoroughly recommend Dan and the Miles & Barr team in Deal.

In all our dealings with Shelley she was very kind, caring and understanding as well as extremely professional. We felt very safe in her hands and knew that she would go above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan. She gave us regular updates and followed up with us personally to ensure we had received all necessary information. When we asked questions she responded with answers very promptly, thus ensuring that our house sale and purchase went through smoothly and according to plan. We were extremely impressed and touched by this. Miles and Barr are very lucky to have an employee like Shelley working for them and we would certainly use Miles and Barr again based on our experience with Shelley.

GoogleI very recently decided to sell my house and within 3 days it was sold by Luke at Miles and Barr in Deal. Absolutely outstanding service and dedication to selling my home so quickly. I can’t thank Luke enough for everything he has done to accommodate this. Also we had a valuation done by Jade G who was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend both of these ladies to help sellers and buyers alike.Both ladies deserve recognition and 5 stars! Plus all the staff we have interacted with at Miles and Barr have been a cut above. Giving you room to explore a house without overshadowing by being too close or interjecting into every private conversation, which is so important. He was supremely confident that he would sell the property and the very next day a couple viewed and put an offer in within the hour. Shelley Webster though, what can I say? She was simply marvellous,.from the moment we had an offer on our property she was our go to person.
