Throughout the process we have been assisted by and kept very well informed by Rebecca Gravener. Selling during the Summer holiday season inevitably caused some unexpected delays but Rebecca involved colleagues who were knowledgeable about this sale progression and were able to step in whenever she was on leave. Our solicitor was really uncommunicative so having Rebecca as our contact was even more important. And as the seller ( my son) lives overseas in a different time zone she was totally understanding when having to deal with both of us. Enormous thanks to her.

I was less than impressed with the sales team who promised me the earth until they had our signatures on the contract, then coerced into dropping the price of our property in less than two weeks. We also had to deal with a staff member who was often rude and abrasive who upset both me and my husband. We are both elderly and a bit vulnerable and would have benefited from kinder handling. Once we had a buyer our sale and new purchase was coordinated by Louise Daley who I cannot praise enough. She chased everything quickly, kept us fully informed and was always very friendly polite and professional. I would have rated it lower if not for her.

I keep being contacted in relation to a property I have not been on the tenancy agreement for since Nov 2023. Despite being told it was an error on previous occasions and records would be updated...the last communications (after I responded to an email) advised I was still on said tenancy and it would be looked into. I forwarded proof of my release from the tenany and have been advised ''we'll look to get you removed'' this has been over a week and communications have been lacking and I am completely in limbo with what's going on. This is also a blatant GDPR breach.
