Dave our main contact was very friendly, helpful and positive from the very first moment we met him and did his best to accommodate our family requirements and genuinely cared about us and our family’s situation and future. We first looked at this development in August and found Marina and the sales team very helpful and freindly. When we were in a position to make an offer we veiwed the show home and site plan. We moved in in November. Simon showed us our finished house 3 days before we moved in. There were a handful of minor snags which were dealt with very quickly. For example a minor leak was dealt with within an hour of calling Simon. I have found the experience of buying a new home from Abbey very positive. Its never simple moving house but the process was as straightforward as it could be. Since moving in there has been alot of activity on site while the developer finishes the rest of the estate. The builders are always pretty considerate, tidy and rush to move out the way so we can get in and out. Overall id summarise by saying we have been well lookef after by Abbey New Homes and would highly reccommend!

We've recently moved into our new home on the Kings Green development in Upminster. As expected when moving to a new build property there have been some minor snagging issues, but our Site Manager Matt and his assistant Ed have been very attentive to all of the issues we have raised and addressed each one very professionally. We have been very impressed with the service provided and have had confidence that the issues we have reported will be dealt with effectively.

Amazing Company & Customer Care

Just purchased a new build through Abbey New Homes in the Oakwell Place Development and our experience couldn’t have been better. There was a few little things when we moved in that needed fixing so we put it all on our snag list and Connor the site manager has been great! He organised the right people to come and correct the things we put on our snag list so quickly that it has made everything run so smoothly! The team that Connor has been running have worked flawlessly and I couldn’t fault them. He has made us feel very relaxed in what is a stressful time, we have no worries and are extremely thankful for such a great team working around us.When we first started to look for our new house with Abbey Homes, Michelle was the person to talk to! She was amazing at answering all our questions and helped lead us in the right direction. She went above and beyond to held us in our move and couldn’t be more grateful! Excellent experience with Abbey New Homes

Michelle, Curtis and the team have been nothing but wonderful since we moved in to our house in Oakwell Place with Abbey new homes. We first spoke to Michelle when we enquired about the Maxwell. We were able to view a show home of the same house in Stoke Mandeville which was about a 30 minute drive. Michelle was really helpful throughout the whole process of us buying our house, she was happy to talk to us about any questions we had and was really supportive on completion day to get us moved in.After we moved in the team at Abbey have been really helpful with all the snagging. Curtis has been leading a team of specialists to come and look at the individual issues we raised with great communication and in a timely manner.Everything has been dealt with quickly and efficiently and everyone that has come over to fix snags have been really efficient and courteous. We've nothing but good words to say about our experience and have really enjoyed the easy experience of moving into our Abbey New Home. and we absolutely love our new house.

We have had a fantastic time with Abbey new homes right from the start of knowing of our Coachhouse had been released ,all through our journey the staff have been amazing always there to help if we need it especially all the paperwork that there is , they have gone out of their way to help us . Even now when we have moved in a month ago they are still helping us , if we had a problem with our property it was dealt with very quickly . We would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of buying a new home of Abbeys because they really do look after their customers. Stoke Mandeville

I'm updating my review 1 year after we moved in. It appeared that our family bathroom toilet pan has been leaking for 12 months. There are stains on the downstairs corridor ceiling and of course the plaster board is damaged. We contacted customer service on 11/9/23. Since then the only solution was to give us a new vinyl and cover the floor in the bathroom.We are currently using only an ensuite (the whole family!) and cannot get the house we paid for, the other bathroom stinks and is not available for use.Our site team was aware that the whole batch of toilet pans was faulty and they replaced them in several houses but no one told us about this issue. That is absolute negligence!Abbey homes is not a very ECO FRIENDLY company as well. They’ve buried a large amount of builders debris in a deep hole in front of our house on the lawn, which I find disappointing! The same story is in our garden under the turf. Any time we do gardening, we find plastic bottles and long pieces of cable.This is the first newbuid and the last one I will ever buy! Thank you Abbey for this, lesson learnt!

Having bought a new home from Abbey Homes at HAWKINGE, Kent this year ( summer 2023 ) I can only praise the service we experienced. From the sales team to finishing procedures all went well with clear and thoughtful guidance. The deputy site manager Simon was there to help with any queries or snags that we spotted which were not very many. Both Steve the site manager and Simon could not have been more helpful, right up to the fixation and signing off. Also the quality finish to our new home was excellent. A big THANkS to all concerned. Love our Abbey Home

We moved into The Waring at Richmond Park in December 25. First time buying a new build and the quailty of the finish is excellent. Very smooth purchase. We absolutely love our new home. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly, From the agents in the show home office to the site managers they just couldn’t help enough and even after completion they have been available if we have had any questions and fix any snags (which were only a few).

We recently moved into our abbey home in wellington gardens which was a great experience which was really helped out by Martine in the sales office. She was excellent with us, she kept us updated with the progress of the house property and any forms which needed completing by ourselves, she was very on top of everything which gave us peace of mind with our move. Any questions or queries were answered promptly. The site manager has been quick to get back to us regarding any queries with our house house and has been very helpful throughout the first few months in our new home. We bought the house to be a rental property and have let the property out already. From start to finish the whole process has been brilliant and seamless.Firstly the sales team of Shirley and Marina are knowledgeable , happy and excellent communicators (no emails or phone calls were missed) they were always there for us. No questions were left unanswered.Then it was on to the house builders themselves . Steve is an excellent Site Manager and answers all your questions , he is very likeable and is very knowledgeable .Simon the assistant Site Manager is brilliant and gets things done. When it came snagging , everything was done within the period agreed . He is a very likeable chap and a good communicator which is essential and a hard worker and undertakes much of the work himself . He went through all the paper work with us and was good enough to answer some of our more daft questions , well done.The homes are of excellent build quality and the appliances etc are high end , no expense has been spared in the building of these lovely houses . The whole process from first viewing to getting the keys took a tad under 2 months ! Well done to all !

The team have gone above and beyond from start to finish, ensuring I am happy and settled in my new home, which has been greatly appreciated.
