GoogleSimon has been absolutely amazing with helping me and my partner purchase our first home. He talked us through every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make the process as simple and easy as possible for us. Even when there were issues popping up, Simon was on the front foot to address these issues and overcome them. Would highly recommend working with Simon, who will give you a great, personal and focused service, as opposed to some of the bigger agents around!

Being first time buyers there were many aspects of the transaction process that we did not fully understand but Simon has been there 24/7 to answer our questions and explain how things work and guide us through the process. I found him extremely helpful,appreciated his friendly,honest approach and support through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always available to answer any queries and provide full helpful reports of all visits. His photos and video of the apartment were very impressive and I am sure contributed to a successful sale. GoogleQuite simply, Simon & Co are amazing! After the initial meeting with Simon regarding selling our property, it was clear he did things very differently to other estate agents we had met. His approach regarding how to tackle the process was unique and refreshing, making it clear how it would work and how we would get the best price possible for our flat. It was logical and made sense, we were sold by his strategy and confidence to get the job done. The marketing material he produced was second to non, from professional photos to a slick video including drone footage which was stunning. Simon then did his magic and within a couple of weeks we had several fantastic offers, one of which we accepted. The marketing he puts together is very professional and I had so much positive feedback from my friends and family about the photos and videos of my property. I sold my flat for a lot more than I thought I would and Simon played a huge part in this. I felt supported by Simon throughout my property sale, he was always available and happy to help. The process of selling and buying is known to get highly stressful and unpredictable but having an agent like Simon, who really cares about his vendors, made the process far more bearable. GoogleWe have just bought a flat through Simon & Co, and Simon was extremely helpful throughout this process. It was refreshing to have an estate agent who was not pushing us to buy, and instead went out of his way to answer our questions fully and truthfully. He was also very good at liaising with our solicitors at all stages during the sale process, which sped things up considerably. A very positive experience all round.

GoogleWe were recommended to Simon and Co by Midas Lettings who were looking after our rental property. As we were in Portugal due to Covid19 restrictions we didn’t think it would be very easy to sell our property. How wrong we were. Simon dealt with everything for us, co-ordinating the viewings with the tenants and potential buyers. The property went on the market on 19th December with the first viewing on 21st and was sold on 28th December. We had personal items in the garage and Simon took care of clearing the garage, arranging removers, storage and house clearance for all the things we had left. He did a superb job keeping us informed of everything that was going on and going above and beyond his role in emptying the house. Simon also recommend a solicitor to us who was also very good. When you think that everything was done over the Internet by email, WhatsApp and messages it is amazing that everything was completed by 26th February. We would have no hesitation in recommending Simon and Co to anyone who wants to sell their property and get the best possible price.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleNot your average house sale! I have to recommend Simon Spicer for his patience, diligence and sense of humour during the sale of our property! It sold, not once, not twice but three times due to people pulling out for one reason and another! Each time, Simon sold it again within a few days. Throughout the whole process and demand for viewings he has been excellent at all levels including credibility of purchasers "No time wasters" His open & professional approach on how he will manage best price really does produce the goods plus he has evidence to back it up. GoogleStop right here and call Simon if you want as less stress as possible with your property sale or purchase. We used Simon for selling our flat, I am so glad we did because from the first conversation on the phone with him he is right there assisting, taking the stress of you where he can and let me tell you not knowing the ‘’completion day rules’’ of the UK we needed help. When I saw the professional photos and video of our flat I felt I wanted to buy the place! We accepted an offer within 2 weeks of the advert. One of the company’s value is straight forwardness and honesty, which me and my husband appreciated very much. I would wholeheartedly recommend Simon & Co.’s services to anybody. GoogleAfter trying to sell my flat in Bournemouth for almost three years, and at one point using five of the most recognised and established agents in the area, I was introduced to Simon. Simon came to my flat at a time that was convenient to me and was honest about how to market my property and what price I was likely to achieve. We discussed when to put it back on the market and I left it to him. Simon came back for about 3 hours and took many photos showing the property in detail, including the communal areas. Once on the market we had a flurry of viewings and after each one Simon gave us a fully detailed feedback, usually within hours of the viewing. Once the Covid 19 lockdown was lifted we had three viewings on the same day, a Sunday, when other agents choose not to work. Each of them were prepared to make an offer and Simon advised us which one to accept. We completed in about four weeks, mostly thanks to Simon's help and intervention. He is most definitely the most impressive agent that I have ever used and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone who genuinely wants to sell their property. We kept in touch the whole time, and Simon made himself available to chat or update during evenings and at weekends. GoogleThe most impressive agent I’ve used to sell a home in 20+ years. I rejected approaches from three major multi-branch agents due to Simon’s non-pushy and slightly non-standard, but highly effective, selling approach. Plus my sense that he genuinely wanted to sell my home - it wasn’t just “a job to do”. Simon’s methods delivered more viewings and credible offers - in the depth of winter - than I expected, a quicker and smoother sale, and at a price I was hoping for. He was diligent and professional - well over an hour on-site to capture a large number of high-quality pictures, which he added to a comprehensive and well-written property profile. Same-day and clear feedback after viewings and I don’t recall ever having to chase him for anything. I sensed he was working equally attentively to potential buyers' needs and questions. Neighbours have already approached him to manage their own home sale. If you value being able to meet your agent in a fancy high-street office, with half-a-dozen staff sitting there to answer phones, piles of glossy brochures, grand promises that they'll sell your home next week at thousands more than you expected, etc, then Simon’s not the agent for you. GoogleSimon recently sold our 2-bed flat in Meyrick Park Crescent, Bournemouth (no chain involved). It is a well maintained, top floor flat with a long lease and allocated parking space. In the beginning we put the flat on the market in Autumn 2018 when Brexit uncertainty was beginning to spook prospective buyers. After a slow start with six or so positive viewings we accepted an offer in September 2019. However, against the background of growing uncertainty, economic gloom and mortgage lending tightening the sale fell through in November 2019. The sales process was simply taking too long in such an uncertain time through no fault of Simon. We took the flat off the market in December and decided to try again in January 2020. Following another six or so viewings we finally accepted an offer at the end of February 2020. Meanwhile, Covid-19 was making its presence felt and the property market was about to go into hibernation, not to mention solicitors being furloughed … Fortunately, the sale successfully completed in June 2020. Simon’s prompt feedback after viewings was excellent and we cannot stress enough the importance of good communications, particularly during times of uncertainty. We are convinced that the sale went through against the odds because communication channels for buyer and seller were kept open and reassurances given when necessary.
