FacebookSimon's unique approach to selling property is founded upon a system backed up with evidence and sound logic. I went onto the market with my eyes wide open. Your property will be given the opportunity to find it's true market value through excellent exposure, high quality marketing and a streamlined system. He will cultivate an appetite for your property if you allow him to. You must buy into the man and his method. From my experience you will be glad that you did. We went on the market in July and we were completed by the end of September even after 1 buyer pulled out with mortgage issues and another with legal problems, Simon had multiple backups at almost identical prices ready to jump on it, all because he cultivated the appetite for the property in an incredibly short window. This deal could not have gone through with a cookie cutter estate agent given the timeline and the circumstances that myself and the buyer put on him. Sol gave great feedback from all his viewings and kept me updated immediately. Clearly they are a great team and you will be in safe hands at every turn with whoever is driving the deal at that moment. Simon went above and beyond to get the deal over the line. 3 key outcomes he delivered on for me. 1) He made me feel like he was over delivering, because he was. 2) I could see he had high standards for himself, his company and the people he's working with. I would hazard a guess that the person selling the 1 bed £95k flat is getting the same treatment that the person selling the £2m family home is getting. His system is ultimately what allows that to happen. 3) I could see that the details mattered to him. The whole experience was excellent. I wish more people in business would remember that providing clients a service, at its core is an opportunity to serve people. He and his team did just that and I am very grateful.

GoogleThese guys are great! We had a fairly complicated transaction for reasons outside of their control (a demanding chain and some unexpected works needed to the property) but they were totally on top of it and couldn't have done more to smooth the process and resolve the issues. They don't spew meaningless jargon, they know their stuff, they care, they anticipate questions before they get them so that they already have the answers by the time you ask - or if they don't already know they find out, and actually follow up! Most importantly, they want the best for everyone in the transaction. They aren't interested in ripping off buyers nor selling vendors short for an easy sale, and they were always patient and respectful with my solicitors and broker. (They didn't even bad-mouth the other agent higher up the chain causing the problems!) Highly recommend.

GoogleI cannot recommend Simon & Co highly enough. Relocating to Bournemouth this year has been incredibly difficult for our family. We have two young children and our move was far from straight forward. Simon mediated between us and the vendor with incredible sensitivity, empathy and tact. Throughout the arduous process of house buying he was human, approachable and always responsive. He did everything within his power to make things go smoothly for us, even when it meant he could lose out financially. Honestly we rave about him to everyone. He made an unbearable situation bearable. It made all the difference to us and our children. Even after completion he has continued to provide advice and guidance. We really value his integrity.

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Simon’s estate agents. He did a great marketing job with a video and photos and presented my property very well which created a lot of interest, I accepted an offer very shortly afterwards He kept me informed every step of the way through the WhatsApp group he set up. He was always there on the end of the phone and got back to me as soon as he could if I encountered any problems. When I had an unexpected cost due to a problem which was neither mine or his fault he offered to pay that for me so that I could complete the sale. I like the fact that he's a local independent company, it felt more personal than having to deal with a large multinational organisation.

GoogleEstate Agents, we all still have in our heads the “typical” estate agent don't we!, well Simon is NOT that “Typical” guy! He is one of the best and loveliest Estate Agents I have come across! From his listings on websites like right move, so thorough, all information and more you need about the houses your looking at. His communication is A1, he is professional, yet friendly and very approachable. Basically jumps through hoops for you! He jumped a lot of hoops with me! Simon totally understood my tricky situation I was in and helped me no end. Basically without him I wouldn't be sat in my new house typing this! Simon works morning noon and night to ensure that your looked after, there when you need him, and looks after you through the whole process. I never want to move again! BUT if I did id be straight on the phone to Simon! Simon I literally cannot thank you enough, you have been so amazing helping me, and I hope when people read this review they pick up the phone and call you! Not only are you a great Estate Agent you are truly a lovely guy. Thanks is actually not enough! April xx

GoogleI never write reviews, but for Simon I feel I should make an exception. He agreed to sell my late Father’s house, despite it not being in the best of conditions. Throughout the process he was a model of professionalism, from arranging the original promotional materials, attracting and negotiating with potential buyers, and finally getting the best deal possible. ‘Above and Beyond’ is how I’d describe what he did, and without any hesitation I’d use his company again. Thank you Simon!

GoogleSimon has a technique like no other estate agents. He gives full attention to the property he is selling and goes to great lengths providing videos and photographs to show the property in exact detail. His write ups are open and honest, showing all the expenses attached to the property so there are no hidden surprises. He accompanies you throughout the sale/purchase so you have an assured presence in these stressful negotiations. If I could give Simon more than 5 stars I would gladly do so and he has my full recommendation.

GoogleSimon really has evolved what it means to be an estate agent. I used Simon & Co following a recommendation from my partner who had used him with a previous sale. I was really impressed with Simon's approach - he was incredibly clear and transparent with his process and sat down to take me through each step in the journey. I was particularly impressed with his focus on capturing the property in the best possible light, using a wide array of photography and videography to give prospective buyers a well rounded view of what the property has to offer. From my experience (and that of my partner) I can't recommend Simon enough - bottom line is that my property sold for 27% more than the original purchase price, within 3 years of me purchasing it - beating all of my expectations. Simon already had a buyer lined up and it was a quick sale - everything I was looking for. Thank you Simon & Co - I look forward to working with you again in the future.

From the first meeting with Simon we were impressed with his marketing strategy and the quality of the photos of our home just blew us away. Simon always accompanied the viewings and gave feedback promptly. Simon & Co Estate Agents are the ONLY agents I would be comfortable recommending to friends.

GoogleWe asked simon to sell our property due to him being recommended to us and also we liked his unusual but effective strategy for selling properties. He didn’t make promises for the sake of winning our business which differed from the other agents. He did a high quality video and a great selection of professional photographs which you wouldn’t necessarily expect an agent to do on a 1 bedroom flat. The representation of the property was honest and reflected reality and generated a number of viewings quickly, which then led to a sale. Throughout the sale he continued to push the solicitors and keep the cogs turning with excellent communication and problem solving and we got to exchange of contracts. Simon and Co’s services excelled our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again. We’d definitely use him again but, we are moving to Poland. GoogleSimon is one of the loveliest and most down to earth people I have come across. He has an amazing professional / friendly balance. He helped us buy our dream home and despite a few hurdles with our initial solicitors, he was great at communicating between us and the vendors and ensuring everything was moving along even when everything was on “hold”. As the buyers I can say he wasn’t too pushy on “selling” or trying to push the price up he was simply honest and easy going. Think this is so important when selling a house because the agents can be off putting. I just cannot fault him and would a million percent recommend buyers, sellers and renters and anyone looking to work with him to do it! He’s all round fantastic!

Having not sold a property for over 20 years and feeling very delicate, after a poor experience with rental agents and bad tenants, we needed a person centered estate agent. I did a lot of research prior to instructing Simons & Co, and actually chose Simon as the wild card! We booked a preliminary meeting with a number of agents but none felt the right fit for us. When we met with Simon, he put us both at ease, with none of the traditional expected estate agent pushiness. He took the time to explain the process and listened to our concerns giving us peace of mind throughout. The fees were also very competitive. Once instructed he moved quickly and the photos and videos of our property were very flattering without being fake. Throughout our sale Simon kept us informed at every step and although there were a few stumbles along the way, (which were out of our and Simon's control), Simon reassured us and held our hand, quickly getting the sale back on track. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon's & Co, he is truly a breath of fresh air.
