Had such a wonderful experience using Simon & Co. We had our property on the market for months with a high street agent and switched to Simon & Co. as we were feeling low priority and the difference was incredible, within a short period of time we had viewings and offers on our property at a time the housing market was stagnant. Sol was so kind and professional from the beginning when we marketed and kept us updated throughout the selling process ensuring good communication channels between ourselves and our buyer. They seemed to genuinely care how everything was going and were so personable making what could have been stressful seem easy. We would definitely use Simon & Co again and highly recommend them. Simon was recommended to us by someone who had noticed how he stood out from other agents while searching through Rightmove. His approach is less like that of a salesman and more like someone who genuinely wants to get you a great deal. You get the impression that he is working with your best interests at heart. The pictures and video were stunning and showed our mid-terraced house in the best possible light. He seemed to love our style and we felt that he was the best guy to represent us and get our house sold. He and Sol were very informal and they made us feel like it wasn’t necessarily a business deal between us which helped everything feel casual and relaxed. There was never any drama - we trusted Simon and Sol and they got our house sold within two weeks. The whole thing was a surprisingly smooth process and with a potentially stressful situation like selling and buying houses, this is a huge plus. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an approach that is professional, personable and efficient.

I recently sold my house through Simon & Co and have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from both Simon and Sol. Right from the start it was obvious that their approach was different and their friendly, honest and non-corporate way of doing business made them stand out from the other estate agents I had value my property. The attention to detail when it came to marketing my house was second to none, and I'm sure the quality of both the photos and video used in the listing helped catch the eye of an extra potential buyer or two. Throughout the whole process the feedback they gave me after every viewing and the support they gave me after accepting an offer and that subsequently falling through was incredible, I couldn't have asked for more. They secured me a new buyer within a week and right up to the point of completion I felt like they were right by my side. Just wanted to take the opportunity to give a massive thank you to Simon Spicer and all at the Simon and Co team for the terrific job they did in selling our home recently. Our home was somewhat of a unique proposition and we knew that such a niche home would only attract a small piece of the marketplace. In fact, TWO other agents had tried and failed before we were personally recommended to reach out to Simon. It was clear from the word go that Simon (and his colleague, Sol) knew what he was doing with respect to the marketing of the property and the videos and imagery created looked incredible. Sure enough we eventually had TWO people who each wanted our home, ensuring we were able to accept the right offer for us. Throughout the process - including during what turned out to be a complex chain further down the line - Simon was there to explain what was going on in plain English and to chase where appropriate. In fact, he went above and beyond our expectations on many occasions to see us over the line. Our only regret was not instructing Simon and Co in the first place! If you’re looking for someone to sell your home for the price you want, with the minimum of fuss and want to enjoy a truly personal service (no call centres or waiting days for calls to be returned here, thank you very much) then give Simon a whirl. Unusual situation, we were selling a property for a close relative but not local ourselves. Simon and Co was one of three estate agents we invited to offer a valuation and insight in their marketing skills. After being listed with another agent for a while and not getting anywhere, we were recommended Simon & co from a friend, who had bought via him. As soon as we met Simon, we could tell he had a different working style and technique, which we were quick to learn was extremely successful.
