Fox and Sons Weymouth were great from the get go for the bereavement sale of our Mum’s house. Antoinette was brilliant at the evaluation - she was friendly and very enthusiastic about the house, which gave us confidence that the viewings would go well. This experience was completely different than other local estate agents. Ola was responsible for the remainder of the sale and provided frequent friendly updates throughout the whole process, nudged the solicitor for us when required, and generally made the whole process run smoothly by answering any questions we had and acting quickly on any requests. 10/10 service. We will definitely recommend the Weymouth team to anyone selling locally!☺️

I have kept an excellent record as a tenant in my previous homes. My experience with Lauren and Binal at the Fox & Sons London Road Southampton was a very terrible one as both representatives kept lieing at every point. At some point I stopped taking verbal communication from them except through emails just to have a proof. They were unprofessional and dodgy in picking calls,so I started to call the sales unit to help put my call through to the lettings unit. Please avoid letting agents of the sort. To before warned is to before harmed.very unprofessional staff, very poor communication.

Brilliant service from the start! Called Fox and Sons Thursday afternoon enquiring about a property they had available. Ellie who answered the phone was really helpful in answering my questions and emailed over details to arrange a viewing. Replies from Ellie were extremely quick! We were able to view the property the next day! Ellie was very professional, welcoming and informative. Answered any questions we had to the best of her knowledge. Harassing me with phone calls when iv asked them to stop more than once

I asked fox and sons to come a do a valuation of my late father’s property. I have then been phoned 20times since asking if they can put the property on the market for me. I asked them politely to not phone me any more as it’s on the market with a different estate agent and to take my details of the system. They said they would I have since then received 5 other phone calls from them and each time been told they will take my of the the system. I have had three calls since and each time I have asked not to be phoned and they keep phoning me. It’s getting to the point of harassment now. I would stay clear. They clearly don’t listen to peoples wishes and feel it’s ok to continue to phone someone when they have been asked not to. If only they put the same amount of effort into selling a property ( they had my old house on the market two years and had about three people for viewings.
