Right from the first contact, and warm valuation visit from Paul, we felt that Edwards were supporting and advising us well. The property went swiftly to market, they kept all their promises and we had email feedback on every viewing. Edwards of Ferndown have been first rate in acting for us in the attempted sale of our house. It is through no fault of their own that we have been so very badly let down by our buyers, Mr and Mrs Coldwell, who agreed to buy our property in Moorlands Road, West Moors, in August this year after a total of five visits to our house!! Over two months later , we have heard today from our agent that the Coldwells have in fact pulled out without any explanation whatsoever , despite several telephone calls from Edwards to the buyers to ascertain the reason. The total lack of integrity exhibited by the Coldwells just makes my blood boil and I hope local agents will read this and think twice before acting for them!! All the staff from the Ferndown and Bournemouth branches of Edwards have provided an outstanding service and we would not hesitate in recommending their services. Thank you all, once again .
