GooglePaul & Nathan and the Edwards team have sold 3 properties for us over the years in Church Road, Chine Walk and also a flat in BH1. Each property was sold to the first viewer who viewed the property and for Church Road it was before any details were available on Rightmove. We would always recommend Edwards in Ferndown to anyone wishing to sell their house. Communication is excellent and the team are a pleasure to deal with. GoogleWE have contacted Edward estate agents Ferndown a couple of occasions, have not found them helpful, I also contacted them on Saturday Regarding a potential viewing unfortunately the lady was unable to help and said she would ask an agent to call us, I called the office on Monday as we had not heard from from them, was told that Helen did not have the details And maybe it was sent to one of the other agents not very good surely all Agents should be able to pick messages up and make a note that potential buyers have been called, agents are not bothered at the moment, but obviously there will a lull in the market, and people will only remember the helpful ones that go the extra mile

FacebookThe rollercoaster ride stress of an extra long chain of 7, with the inevitable delays and hiccups, was eased tremendously by Nathan, who was always available to advise and deal with any queries re the property being purchased. From beginning to end, he was helpful, pleasant, courteous and patient, as were the other team members of Edwards in Ferndown, to whom we spoke. Against all odds, Nathan helped to move us to completion, with just days to spare before 30 June, the end of the stamp duty holiday. Thank you, Nathan. Lisa and I would have no hesitation to recommend to others.
