A big thank you to the teams at Edwards Wimborne and Verwood in securing us our dream forever home. Laura helped sell our property and was so warm, enthusiastic and professional. She was flexible and could always be contacted when needed. It was always a pleasure to deal with office including the lovely Jill and Peter who I never met but was always so kind on the telephone. I had real trust in Edwards that they were always on our side. Anji in Verwood was superb and helped find a truly amazing home for us and we are so happy. The biggest challenge was pushing the sale through with a chain of 6 and I genuinely have no idea how people can sell a home with an online agent. It took weeks of hard work from the Edwards team including Sarah and Sam who worked tirelessly to ensure everything went smoothly. Buying and selling houses is always stressful and my husband and I have very busy jobs so it was really nice to feel like we had an efficient, professional and experienced team behind us. Thanks again to Edwards, you all work very hard and for that we are very grateful!

Finding a good estate agent is not just about money it's about whether they will do a good job selling your house. Edwards certainly did that and more. From the first contact, all the staff were very proactive in ensuring all my needs as a seller were met. A buyer was found in less than three weeks and although this fell through right before exchange, another buyer was found very quickly and exchange took place in a month. My purchase proved to be more of a challenge, but Sam's tenacity and experience in communicating with both solicitors and the vendor's agent ensured that my purchase finally went through.

Update ***** So I published a review back in March 2017 and since then a lot has changed. I would like to thank Piers for responding to my review in a professional manner. He took on board why I was disappointed at the time and luckily for us the house that my partner and I were looking at was still available. I decided to give Edwards one more chance as I was interested in the house. Well almost 1 year on and we know live in the house and are getting used to Verwood life. I know feel more confident with Edwards and I feel it will be dealt with in a professional manner. Edwards of Verwood - I was very disappointed with them. Their communication was poor and the customer service was questionable. I will not consider using them in the future. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on one occasion but after being messed around a second time I decided that this was not a company I would want any dealings with now or later on.

I would like to highly recommend Edwards Eastate agents in Verwood . We have bought our last two property’s with them and sold our last with anji. We live three and a half hours away from the area in which we are hoping to buy and asked for a WhatsApp viewing of the property to save us a whole day to view one property. We were told that ‘we do not do that kind of thing’ when pointed out that this was unhelpful and that many of their competitors were more than happy to employ this method they were less than interested. Furthermore the photos and video of the property concerned were net helpful in seeking to view this property from a distance so we are now unlikely to view this property. If I were the vendor and this was made know to me I would be looking for another estate agent to represent my property.

I would give zero stars if I could, terrible service. Even the directors are incapable of simple tasks, they only care about the landlord and never return your calls. Upon check out, Edwards did absolutely nothing to check if the landlord was claiming money from us without good reason. Such as being charged for trimming bushes which was stipulated as something we were not allowed to do as part of our contract. This was just one of the reasons the landlord they chose to work with attempted to rob our deposit, another reason was that they attempted to charge us for a chip in the bathtub that was clearly mentioned in our check in inventory, again edwards made no effort to check the inventories.
