"Worse than useless!" My mother's honest opinion, and confirms my own from past experience, of Connells. Not only that, but they don't tell the truth. They charged £210 for photos of my mother's apartment and, having not sold the property, are refusing to give them to her. They engaged a professional photographer to take the photos and they are very good. Hence, why she would like them. However, they claim that the fee was not just for the photos but for an enhanced position on 'Rightmove' which generated absolutely nothing. Please give us the photos or as they say, 'we'll see you in court'.
