GoogleWe used Connells rental agents to find a tenant for our property. If I could give minus stars I would. I had to tick one star to be able to post. Absolutely the worst service I have had in any aspect of my life. From start to finish both ourselves & the tenants had error after error, delays causing weeks of lost rent, lack of communication, over charging, loosing the key and only realising the day the tenant was moving in. I am still phoning daily chasing the deposit from Connells which we were supposed to hold as per our agreement with Connells & the tenancy agreement and this is weeks after the tenancy start date. We thought it would make finding a tenant easier than doing it ourselves - oh if only we had known. Our initial complaint was fobbed off - still waiting for a reply when sent to higher level.

She is a credit to the branch and connells as a business. Nothing was a problem and I would recommend her to anyone that is selling their house.
