GoogleThanks to the full team at Ralph James, in particular Marie who handled the purchase of our new home. There were many complications with the purchase of the house outside of anyone's control but Marie kept us informed throughout and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure all went ahead smoothly.

GoogleAs someone new to renting in the UK I found Ralph James to be by far the most welcoming, sincere and supportive. They walked me through the process, kept me updated as things moved along and were quick and kind in answering all of my emails. Ralph James definitely has a more personalised framework in comparison to some of the larger real estate agents and I truly appreciated and liked that getting through to them by phone was easy and hassle free - no long wait times or automated messages.
