We initially weren’t sure whether we wanted to rent or buy and had contacted a few different companies in the area/went in and provided our details (I heard back from none of them except for Hetti at Ralph James within an hour of contacting them). Nothing was ever a problem, getting questions asked from the Sellers etc. Going back to measure up, I never felt rushed. Towards the end of the purchase, with a deadline looming Marie-Elise kept me informed daily and chased the management company continually and without her doing that and also keeping the chain updated I'm sure I wouldn't be in my flat today. So thankyou so much for keeping the very long chain together, we got there in the end!
