I applied for a property 3 weeks ago, heard back within a couple days and arranged a viewing a took the property that day, the whole process was nice and fast. To the girl in the office organising my application and to the person that took me around the property made it very easy and professional. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAs soon as you move in, you are not their problem anymore, typical new build quality houses, flung together and left to the non-existent aftercare to sort out the snags or in some cases structural defects. Emails are avoided they don't have a direct phone number even places for people (their umbrella company), have no clue of their antics; and if they want to palm you off they'll say the member of staff dealing with your problem is off on leave, regardless of who it is.

This bunch have had workmen in one of their properties for two weeks - which has been two weeks of hell for the neighbours. Inconsiderate does not cover it! Noise, shouting, singing thinking they are entitled to do what they like and invasion of human rights and private property.

I lived in same house for 26 years, the service charge this year is increasing by 22%! during a cost of living crisis. I though Places for People pride themselves on being affordable. I have sent constant emails as the service charge is ridiculous for the amount of service received. Our estate is in a state of disrepair and full of litter. I never get a satisfactory response I am always fobbed of. The only time they contact me is when my account is in arrears. I have now emailed the recently appointed CEO Greg Reed, lets see where that gets meUpdate:Sent several photographs and emails, not received a single response! Banging my head against a brickwall
