GoogleDOMVS have recently sold, my family home, of over 20yrs. From the first time that Polly Greenway entered our house, to advise us of the market value, to the day we handed the keys over on completion, the whole team in Dorchester were so professional and friendly. Both Stuart and Kate worked so hard to keep our very long chain going and were joined, by Marcus, towards the end.
I would have no hesitation in recommending DOMVS to my friends and family and will be using them in the future.
From the beautiful photographs, tempting brochures and constant updates, together with the additional London advertising with Fine & Country, DOMVS may not be the cheapest but really worked for their commission. "Pay peanuts and you'll get monkeys!"

Our initial contact with Greg reassured us that we were dealing with a professional, effective and dynamic team. As our sale progressed, through no fault of DOMVS, things became significantly difficult and very frustrating. However, it could have been much more stressful if it hadn't been for Marcus. Our mother's property sold in January 2024, but I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Domvs Preston again for their care and attention whilst promoting the sale. Laura Holt efficiently took our instruction, Julie Mansfield carried out most / all of the viewings in a very gentle manner, always letting us know when there was a viewing and always following up afterwards. She kindly reassured us that all was well when phoning prior to any feedback, which was very helpful and calmed us instantly as she then proceeded to report back fully on each viewing and also after each time the buyers returned to view the property! During times of inactivity, Nicky Mowlem in accounts / finance would make contact with us and kept the communication lines open which was a great comfort. She maintained regular contact during the sales process and basically "held our hands" until completion.
