Before putting our house on the market we looked at eight different estate agents and DOMVS were head and shoulders above the others. One of the things that made them stand out was the video tour they made of our house which was a mini ‘Escape to the Country’. Alongside using a professional photographer, they really presented our house at its best on their website. DOMVS made video tours of houses long before Covid made that a necessity.We felt closely involved all the way, including consultation with us in the description of our property and the village. When we accepted an offer Polly, Greg and Marcus worked hard to get the sale through. We were very impressed with their professional attitude throughout. From the very beginning: the first consultation, the valuation, the outstanding video tour, through to the sale, all confirmed that we made the right choice of estate agent.

We had been searching for our dream home and thinking about moving for quite some time before going on the market. Polly and the team really listened to our requirements and marketed our property professionally and with great photography.
When Polly had anything coming on to the market we were informed and once they had the property for us on their books Polly gave us all the information we needed to make an acceptable offer. During the conveyancing period she was on hand to help whenever needed and often went above and beyond to assist and speed things along when required.

He introduces it discreetly at the end of January and I had 10 viewings and received 4 offers in under 5 months…all from introductions by John and not from Rightmove. While the property market is so slow maybe John’s approach is the better way to sell property now.

Recently had a stressful time trying to exchange contracts, with a vendor further down the chain so decided to contact their estate agents, Domvs. Spoke to Laura who was the ultimate professional, calm and empathetic but most importantly she drove the exchange forward with ongoing communication and her solution focussed approach. From the first time that Polly Greenway entered our house, to advise us of the market value, to the day we handed the keys over on completion, the whole team in Dorchester were so professional and friendly. Both Stuart and Kate worked so hard to keep our very long chain going and were joined, by Marcus, towards the end.
I would have no hesitation in recommending DOMVS to my friends and family and will be using them in the future.
From the beautiful photographs, tempting brochures and constant updates, together with the additional London advertising with Fine & Country, DOMVS may not be the cheapest but really worked for their commission. "Pay peanuts and you'll get monkeys!"
