Great job

Prior to putting my house up for sale I let it using Domus as my letting agent. Debbie and her team did such a good job that it made sense to sell through them. Despite it being a quirky property and a tricky market Shireen and her team persevered until eventually it sold. Then Nicky and Marcus stepped in and made the final stages as smooth as they could.They all did a great job.

An Estate Agent who works tirelessly to sell properties at realistic prices.

It was and still is our view that given the huge sums of money involved in buying and selling a house that estate agents should do everything in their power - and more! - to make that happen. Our experience of agents in different parts of the UK has been quite the contrary. Once they have hooked you with inflated valuations, they fail to deliver the promised flow of potential buyers. In complete contrast to this rather dismal view of some agents in the industry is Domvs whose work ethic exceeded our expectations. Their valuation was realistic - a rare phenomenon it would appear, judging by the number of price reductions. And because their valuation was realistic, we got a steady flow of viewings, most of whom were extremely positive about the property. A number of different Domvs staff, all of whom had done their homework on a large and complex house/annex/garden, guided potential buyers around the property. Polly Greenway, Director at Domvs, chased and chased, all the while communicating regularly with us, keeping us right up to date with developments until she succeeded in getting an asking price offer. Her tireless efforts in guiding both us and our buyers through the maze of inevitable legal obstacles was something to behold! Polly's years of experience were more than worth the fee to finally close the deal. I would strongly recommend Domvs therefore given our overwhelmingly positive experience with them. They are an extremely professional outfit who will sell any house at a realistic price.

Incredible service - outstanding estate agents

From beginning to end, our dealings with DOMVS have been nothing short of incredible. John worked above and beyond to help us with our home purchasing process, answered all our questions, liaised with the vendor and our solicitors, and did everything he could to get us our home. We had the quickest completion (from the beginning of receiving a DIP from NatWest), as it took just over 4 weeks to complete. John is brilliant, and I look forward to the day they have an office in Swanage. If/when we sell in the future, it will be through DOMVS.

Domvs Dorchester team are the best in the area. Two previous agents failed to sell my house, with few viewings and seriously bad advice. Domvs persevered with a professional approach, providing a good number of viewings in a difficult market. Buyers were found, sadly some fell through but eventually we sold, thanks to Domvs. A stressful time but I would still recommend this agent. Optimistic, on the ball, and honest. Thanks guys.

Domus handled the sale of my mothers house, and whilst the transaction was far from simple due to buyers dropping out down the chain, Polly and Greg kept me well informed at all times. As a result we had to market the house twice and each time had 8 - 10 viewings booked within 24hrs, so its clear they have very good market intelligence and this enabled them to obtain a good price for the house. We have recently sold our house in Maiden Newton through DOMVS and at every stage they were very helpful and efficient. Greg and Tim were instrumental in getting the property marketed and managed 13 viewings over 2 days resulting in 3 excellent well over asking price offers.
