GoogleI am so pleased that I purchased Puddle Cottage through DOMVS. Having moved from my home of 27 years in Cheshire, I rented and viewed 39 properties, first in Berkshire and then Dorset. Truth to tell I was considering taking a break from viewing and had only one more booked viewing, and that was Puddle Cottage! Not all of the many Estate Agents I dealt with had the high standards that I found with DOMVS and I’m grateful to all at the Dorchester branch and the other branches in the county for being so helpful, delightful and professional. Praise too to whoever looks after DOMVS advertising and graphics. The DOMVS ‘adverts’ on Facebook are so well done; I still view those posts though I’m certainly not thinking of moving out of Puddle Cottage. I would highly recommend DOMVS. They make finding a home a delight and not a drama! JK

So far my experience with DOMVS has not been good. Never able to speak to the same person twice, never phone back when promise they would and the purchase team are never available by phone. I would have to think twice before using this company.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . I agree that no monies are now owed to me as I have had it refunded by your agency !!!! Your business practice is disgusting and didnt take either my wife's or my feelings into account for the way you dealt with things . I had another property yesterday morning that had been offered to me , but on the strength of your e mails and paperwork , which even contained the draft contract confirming the deal , we gave the other house up . As I say , totally disgusting way to treat people .

GoogleThe services of DOMVS were sought to facilitate the marketing and sale of a leasehold interest of a period property in a quaint Dorset village. The expertise and guidance provided by DOMVS from the initial enquiry through to the completion date were exemplary. The advice provided was concise and reassuring, being based on a wealth of knowledge of the sales market in the locality. This resulted in the property being pitched correctly for the current market conditions and meeting the guide price given. Communication throughout the process has been very good which was critical given that the property was sold at auction and from the date of sale, we had a six-week window to complete. I would not hesitate in utilising the services of DOMVS in the future and would recommend to anyone requiring Estate Agency services.

Domvs in Bridport successfully sold my house in July 2023. It had been a tricky sale with two unforeseeable setbacks requiring the property to be re-marketed. Benjamin, with office support from Dorchester did an excellent job throughout. I was impressed by his continued enthusiasm and attention to detail with no time wasted when marketing had to be re-started and new buyers were found almost immediately.His local knowledge and affinity with the town and its community, together with his friendly personality made him a perfect choice for me and I understand that his approach suited the buyers well too. His advice on the sale was spot on, with the valuation appropriate for a rapidly changing market, and he achieved a particularly good result. Benjamin and Domvs took on the full workload at the outset, from marketing and dealing with viewings and the buyer, to liaising with the solicitors through to completion and making the sale process very straightforward for me. I would thoroughly recommend his work and be happy to use his services and those of Domvs in Bridport again.

This is my 10th and possibly last move for a while at least, Domvs sold my house for more than the asking price and a cash buyer into the bargain, however it wasnt the case and thats where Domvs earned there fee, someone joined the bottom of the chain and delayed it quite a bit, Marcus pound was the aftersales negotiator, i have to say he was brilliant and always on the case and the chain probably would have collapsed if not for him, Domvs sales and aftersales are excellent and would recommend them 110%.
