GoogleWe met Barry at a property in Broadmayne, from the getgo we struck it off, a more pleasant, personable person you couldn't want to meet. It isn't true what Taney say about estate agents, well, not all of them, this man is an exception. All we ask for is transparency and honesty, we got that in bucket loads. Sadly ( for us) we didn't buy the property only for our personal reasons, I think Barry knew from his experience that we were genuine, but as I say it wasn't for us. We have now added our name to Direct Moves DataBase and hope that they can find something for us that ticks all our box's in the near future and we look forward to meeting them again. No Barry, you can't have our car. You are a Star.

They have kept me up to date at every step of the way, they always come back to me as soon as possible with answers to my many queries and have returned my calls or emails the same day and have certainly earned their commission. They seem to work harder for their money in our little town than the big chain estate agents which seem to be carried by the larger towns and therefore my experience previously with the chain agents has been appalling on the whole. GoogleDirect Moves team have helped me buy my first house. Not having a clue how the system works they guided me through the process. Ella showed me round the property and I knew it was ideal. She arranged for multiple other visits to the property as the purchase progressed and let me have un rushed opportunity to measure up etc. Emma in the office put me in touch with a solicitor who has worked hard to get my purchase to the finish line, Emma and Ella have been amazing! GoogleThe staff at Direct Moves are courteous, professional and work well as a team. In a difficult market they continuously sought to find a better way of attracting buyers for our house. Emma in particular, examined the website photographs and write ups several times, renewing or amending them as necessary to improve their impact. We were given reports after each viewing and had occasional meetings to discuss alternative marketing options and their likely effect. Overall we were happy with the service we received.
