GoogleWe’ve just purchase a property through Your move. Having not heard a thing from our own estate agents or solicitors (after a lengthy process), Emily at Your move kept us fully in the loop, nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was so good. She literally did all the back and fourth for us and wasn’t even our estate agent for our sale. I wish we had used Your move and highly recommend.

GoogleLandlords Beware! You will be unable to cancel a letting contract with Your Move after the contract ends if the tenants remain in the property. They tried to charge me £960. I have another property with them so they are WITHHOLDING the rent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality
Hello Ray, I hope you are well. Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to see that I have not been able to able to address your concerns. I tried to contact you on a number of occasions without success throughout August and September 2020 in regards to your request to terminate the management on your property. I was unable to speak with you until early October 2020 with hopes to address any concerns you had. We outlined that you wished to takeover the maintenance to lower your expenses and discussed changing services which would not involve a charge. I spent time with you to explain the Terms of Business and the reason for the charge, I also offered you a reduction as a gesture of good will but you declined. You also advised me that you only wished to speak with us at the Doncaster office which I actioned at your first request. Again I am sorry that I was unable to address your concerns to your satisfaction and I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your feedback, we will use this to help to improve our service to our customers and wish you the very best for the future. GoogleI have recently completed on a house through Your move and I have to commend the great service I received from Alex who was my point of contact through the purchase, as a first time buyer i was pretty clueless and needed a lot of counsel but Alex held my hand through the process. I also did my mortgage through the advisor Nick in the Doncaster office and everything was explained clearly and the financial side of things was straight forward start to finish because of his help and guidance. Happy I purchased my first home through Yourmove and I am now settled in my new home. Thanks Your Move.

GoogleRental house not checked prior to start of contract. Not aware that the property has prepayment meters due to debt from previous tenant. Provided absolutely no support for tenants who have a landlord that doesn't carry out the work specified in the initial contract.
Hello Kathryn, I hope you are well. Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that there was maintenance issues while you were at the property. As the landlord did not opt for the fully managed service I am afraid that we would not be able to carry out any maintenance works requested. The landlords contact details were provided to you in your welcome letter that you received when you moved into your new home. I can see that my colleague was in contact with the landlord regarding to these works, I am sorry if we were unable to help to get these works completed. I understand different tenants prefer different types of meters to fit their own lifestyle. I can see that my colleague confirmed with the landlord that he would be happy for you to change the meters at your convenience. I can see that a inventory was carried out prior to you moving in to your new home. An inventory is there to protect landlords and tenants by providing written and photographic evidence of the properties condition. You also have time after receiving the inventory to add any comments in addition should you wish. GoogleI would definitely recommend using yourmove, the service was great from the start with Joe who was very helpful getting us on the market and always there if we needed anything, also the main person that helped us through a very difficult period was Jackie she was always more then happy to help and chase up solicitors and really felt that she was working for us. They are always professional, helpful,and curtious, go on use them to make your move go smooth .

GoogleSooo.... saw a property at 11.15am this morning, being sold under new auction method, which I had been a little unsure of. Great guy Tom GASH showed me round the property, super helpful. Went straight to the Agents, met the Manager Louis Jenkins who really knew his market and made me feel very confident in him and his team. 40 minutes later I spoke to their Auction man, i made an offer. At 16.30pm this afternoon offer accepted, Reservation money paid, house is off the market and mine! I am using their Solicitor, all in one place, job done. I can't believe it, after months of looking, it took 1 day! What a team, looking forward to a great future with this agent. Happy days 😁

I made an offer on a property that was put on the market through this agency and called 5 times to get an update on whether my offer had been accepted.
