I was very impressed with the initial process. I was selling my Mothers house so wasn’t in a chain. The house sold quickly and I sold to a family with nothing to sell. It took over 6 months for the sale to complete ( which was far too long). I didn’t feel there was any push from Your Move to complete the house sale quickly. At times phone calls weren’t returned and overall I didn’t feel the £2,400 fee was justified.

Your Move Doncaster sold my house quickly. After that in a five month lengthy sale I had very little communication from them. I felt like I had been forgotten and was running around phoning the solicitors they had recommended constantly. In the end I had to ask for support and even then in the last week when we were exchanging I phoned twice left 2 voicemail messages and received nothing until the sale had completed. Your Move charges lots of money for very little support.

I had Louis out to value my late mothers house, and for whatever reason I didn't use them, and the house didn't sell. Quite glad it didn't as after a few months I decided to move back and sell my own house. Louis happily came out again to value that house, I was unsure of the value as prices were good but I didn't realise how good, Louis did. I was a little reserved so went in a little lower than he'd advised, it went mad, they had to close the bookings for viewings within a few days as there were just so many, so many people interested, and so many offers too. It sold almost straight away, and for more than the asking price. All the staff were so lovely whenever I dealt with them, I would name them but I fear I might miss someone out but I'm sure they know who they are, and I thank them all. Hoping you read this - The sale completed today and I'm very grateful to you all for all your efforts, I know I'm just another customer but there was still the personal touch and you kept in touch through the whole process to ensure everything went as smoothly as it could. I have been a Landlord customer for many years with this firm. My property has recently become vacant in need of some re-furbishment and repairs. Scott Teale at this branch has been so very helpful in helping me obtain quotes and getting works carried out.
