The worst and most despicable agency. Allowing tenants to live in properties with mould including mushrooms growing and structural damage, which played a big part in deterioration of physic and mental health, not following up on emails and calls. Outright lying to tenants. . I would say avoid like the plague, but I'd rather have the plague than deal with these guys. Couldn't fit all 50+ photos I have showing this health hazard.

DO NOT SELL YOUR HOUSE THROUGH YOURMOVE + DO NOT TRUST REVIEWS EITHER (CLEARLY FAKE) If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been trying to get into contact with these useless estate agents for several weeks now to book a viewing and still, no response. Every time you ring, there is never any answer, and they don’t reply to emails either. How are you supposed to sell houses if you’re not engaging with potential buyers? No wonder most of the properties listed on their website have been on there for months! IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY SELLING YOUR HOUSE THROUGH YOURMOVE AND ARE WONDERING WHY IT’S STILL NOT SOLD THEN THIS IS YOUR REASON WHY! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. The fact that they have to flood the bad reviews with their own ‘fake’ 5 star reviews just demonstrates how appalling their service really is… DON’T BOTHER SELLING THROUGH THEM AND IF YOU ARE WANTING INFORMATION ABOUT A HOUSE, JUST POP A NOTE THROUGH THE VENDORS DOOR!
