GoogleTried to charge us £2300 for very minor damage including £80 for a missing lightbulb. We got a quote from a handy man to do the whole job for £400. They phoned us constantly and handed details to a third party without consent which is a violation of data protection. We then got our solicitor involved and they suddenly decided they had made a mistake.NegativeQuality

GoogleI did my mortgage with Nick and he made the whole process so easy. He was even able to get me a better rate then what I could do if I went direct to my bank, saving me money. I also spoke with Jake from the lettings team for advice on the market and property rental prices. He were fantastic and very knowledgeable, once I find a property I will certainly going back to Your Move.

GooglePoor service received by this estate agent, their recommended conveyancing service was also a terrible service and experience (APL Advantage Property Lawyers) which incurred me additional costs due to the lack of communication by all parties, they are both not worth the money you have to pay and there are alot of other services out there who provide a better service alot cheaper, i would not recommend this estate agent or associated conveyancing service to anyone.

Hello Lisa, we are sorry to hear you felt this way. As I explained to you today in a follow up call, the method of sale you chose is a bit different to a conventional sale and is designed to act more like a contract between buyers and sellers when entering a house transaction much the same as an auction. From time to time in business wires can get crossed but that is why cooling off periods are there to protect you. We wish you all the best with your property sale. GoogleWent in to the office to arrange 2 viewings. 2 weeks later I am still waiting to get a viewing. update on the review. 2 viewings arranged and viewed. What added to the problem was the letting agents and there being HMOs, which makes it more difficult for the sales agent. So not initially impressed, but in the end pleased. Mike very helpful on the viewings.

GoogleAtrocious Customer Service. I moved to a rented house for more than one week and I still have maintenance and safety issues and they didn't t solve anything or let me talk with the landlord. About Gas and electric meters I don't want British Gas to provide them and I want prepaid meters that's why they should contact the landlord to give permission and till now I received no answer. Atrocious Service. Avoid them.

GoogleI have been using Your Move for over a year and the service from booking appointments to making offers has been excellent. They understand my needs and match me to appropriate properties. They often give me a call if they think a property would be suitable. Jessica Campbell and Gareth Young have been particularly helpful but to be honest everyone in the branch is always friendly when I pop in.
