GoogleSophie has been amazing with us for the past year , we have a very difficult landlord and Sophie, liz and the team have really gone above and beyond to help us, keep us updated with information regarding repairs etc , always extremely polite over emails and the phone and very professional. I'd happily rent another property from YourMove Doncaster branch.

GoogleYM became our agents for our property when we emigrated in 2013. Our experience started out great and the member of staff who arranged our tenancy was friendly, professional & thorough. Our house was fully renovated prior to renting as we werenβt expecting to move. Our first tenants, who YM assured us had references, left it in a terrible state. We stipulated none smoking tenants and when we came to visit 2 years into the tenancy, the property was wrecked. The kitchen ceiling was yellow with smoke stains & the tenant had tried to paint over it, the house smelt of smoke, there was damage to the woodwork by the dog, the spare bedroom mattress was ruined by a childβs urine, there were childβs drawings on the bedroom wall & the list goes on. The property was supposed to be inspected by YM staff every 3 months so why wasnβt all the damage and uncleanliness picked up during inspections. The tenants did a moon light flit leaving rent owed. The second tenants refused to pay their rent on time, removed the bed from the spare room and painted a wall without consent. We were really upset, disappointed and let down by YM in how they managed our property.

Our contractual obligation with routine visits is we conduct the first inspection at month 3 and then every 6 months thereafter. From my first enquiry after speaking to Emma Wilkie we felt completely at ease, her caring, patient and proficient manner gave us confidence to move forward with our sale. Emma advised us initially then passed our case to her team members who seamlessly saw our sale through to completion, always keeping us informed with up to date progress. Although I didn't go with Your Move, Scott was always at the end of phone and checked in on me from time to time. I do wish I had gone with Scott at Your Move. But i had already committed to another estate agent. I definitely do recommend Your Move in particular Scott. He very transparent, helpful, very knowledgeable. GoogleIv been with them for many years and never had reason to shop around because I get good service. Emma has been my main contact over the years and more recently it has been Sophie. They have provided competency of knowledge and service continuously and are very approachable with staff that listen. I would highly recommend working with these individuals as they are a credit to their business. I have put 4* because as with any business, there is always room for continuous improvement yet I have no complaints

GoogleDealing with Louis and the team at Your Move Doncaster has been fantastic. We previously had our house on the market with Strike and the interest was poor, there wasn't any customer service and we were left to our own devices. We reached out to Louis at Your Move and the whole process from communication, response times, photographer, getting viewings, enthusiasm, professionalism, desire to sell our house and overall quality has been second to none. After a number of viewings in a short period of time since our house went on the market with Your Move, we have now accepted an offer and the sale is being processed and underway. We can't recommend Louis and Your Move enough!
