We couldn't be happier to be renting with Your Move, Doncaster branch. It can be pretty grim these days for renters and landlords alike, but I believe that with the people and systems this branch have in place, you can't go far wrong. The difference between their approach and our last agents is actually staggering. It's been such a welcome change. Issues with the home are easy to report, responded to quickly, and seen to just as quickly, with no grumbling from any parties, it's like we all work together and it actually is quite an enjoyable experience, which is want you want when dealing with your home. Thank you very much Emma and team for changing our perspective on lettings agents and the whole experience!

I can’t recommend Pam, Richard and the whole team enough. We had some issues and complications with our onward purchase that nothing to do with Your Move. However, Pam and the team went over and above to help in any way they could. They were outstanding. Richard who came out to value and advertise our house is one of a kind. His knowledge and friendly approach puts you at ease and I knew I could trust him from day one. At this point I hadn’t had the pleasure of dealing with the rest of the team but when I did I realized the quality of service runs through the whole team.

I found the property through an online search and was afforded the opportunity to visit and view it on the same day. Sophie met me at the property and showed me everything. I asked about the application process and timescale, which Sophie was able to provide. I completed my application that evening and by the following evening I received a call from Sophie to say my application had been accepted. I liaised with Sophie over the following week, providing the relevant information and documentation and I collected my keys a week later. I've been so impressed with the level of service and communication with regards to my application process and would like to commend Sophie for all her hard work and help throughout the process. We chose your move after several valuations as they were the only ones who were honest and open about the state of the market and were very upfront about the potential difficulties we may face getting the actual value of the property. We settled for a slightly lower valuation than other estate agents had suggested because we were realistic and had an open conversation with Louis about it, but had the reassurance that despite the state of the housing market they were confident we would sell in a reasonable time frame. They sorted out some excellent photographs and a 3D tour of the house in no time at all, and we sold on only the second viewing to a buyer with no chain, for only 5k less than asking price. Worth it in my view. Katie was very proactive throughout the whole process and was always chasing up emails to solicitors on behalf of both us and the buyer. A very smooth and easy process despite some delays beyond everyone’s control. Couldn’t recommend Yourmove enough for their diligence and advice. No plans on moving for a while now but if we did, we’d be coming back to Yourmove. Also sorry Louis I forgot I promised you a recycled skateboard bowl! Will drop it off when I get the workshop up and running again. Big thanks all.
