My brother and I sold the house which had formerly been our parents and of course previously our family home for many years. The valuation stage with Jamie was very professional and organised and was the main reason why I chose Your Move (another agent turned up almost an hour late and without proper sales Info etc. I dealt mainly with Gareth as sales negotiator. I have given a 4 star review, which would have been a 5, but for the offer stage. We accepted an offer, but the next day I was then advised maybe not to accept because the purchasers mortgage agreed in principle was from before the March lockdown & i was told that most lenders were no longer offering 95% mortgages. We were then left with the choice of we can no longer market the property if you accept the offer and not much support other than to wait for weeks and weeks to see if the buyer got their mortgage. It turned out ok in the end but I felt there should have been more help at this stage as your move are acting for the vendor, but I was advised “we have to stay neutral”, etc etc Having said all of this I appreciate that the circumstances of lockdown etc etc were trying times not of anyone’s makingPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Excellent service all around, Jamie came and did the valuation he was amazing was always on hand after the property went live. The property sold very quickly and all the staff were extremely caring and professional. Very impressed with the company as a whole. Every time I rang for information when selling my Dads’ house they were very helpful. I recently completed the purchase of a repossession property in Bentley Doncaster. To be honest it was quite a stressful experience, having never done this type of purchase before. I have dealt with the Your Move Doncaster branch since 2013, and I have always had a great experience. Most of this time was to let out my property in Doncaster - the service received from Emma, Liz and the lettings team was always professional and on the rare occasions a tenant left they always had a new tenant ready to move in straight away. More recently my experience has been around selling the same property, again the service from Katie, Holly and the sales team has also been fantastic. It was quite a slow sale but they were always on hand to chase things up and answer any questions. Basically, I would 100% recommend the Your Move Doncaster branch!
