Buying your first home can be a little daunting and the staff at 'Your Move' were always so patient, kind and happy to clarify anything we were unsure of. They are all very friendly and want the best for their clients. We also used the services of Nick Milner, who is a financial adviser based within 'Your Move' Doncaster. GoogleAvoid like the plague! 0 stars if I could. Both my parents and my Nan are listed with this agent as they both want to relocate closer to my wife and I. Firstly, 20 weeks sole agency is ridiculous especially when it’s been 12 weeks and my Nan has had a total of 1 viewing. That one viewer made an offer £35,000 under asking as it was out of her budget. She then upped her offer and YM didn’t inform my Nan at all. She found out only upon ringing 3 days later. This lost her the possible sale and potential onward purchase. They then suggested instead of lowering the price they would show it to potential buyers who were close to the budget but have yet to even have a single viewing booked 2 weeks later. Then, with regards my parents sale, YM have only booked in 3 viewings in 12 weeks. The last of which didn’t even show up. When the agent didn’t show up my Dad called the office, they had no idea and didn’t even know why no one showed up. My mum is disabled and bed ridden so it is a real effort to move her for viewings. Unfortunately due to her condition the move then writes her off for the following week. Totally disgusted that they didn’t even get a courtesy call to say sorry we’ve cancelled so she had to get out of bed for nothing. And they’re STILL tied into a 20 week contract. AVOID AVOID AVOID
