GoogleAtrocious Customer Service. I moved to a rented house for more than one week and I still have maintenance and safety issues and they didn't t solve anything or let me talk with the landlord. About Gas and electric meters I don't want British Gas to provide them and I want prepaid meters that's why they should contact the landlord to give permission and till now I received no answer. Atrocious Service. Avoid them.

GoogleI have been using Your Move for over a year and the service from booking appointments to making offers has been excellent. They understand my needs and match me to appropriate properties. They often give me a call if they think a property would be suitable. Jessica Campbell and Gareth Young have been particularly helpful but to be honest everyone in the branch is always friendly when I pop in.

GoogleThis would of been a 5 star review if not for the recommendation of the solicitors. Yourmove them selves were pretty good, made brilliant by Gareth and Jackie. It is a shame they recommend and work alongside APL Lawyers. I would possibly recommend yourmove under the condition you ask for Gareth and Jackie but DO NOT use there recommended solicitors.
