GoogleHow they manage to sell any properties is beyond me. They took over a week for a response to my initial contact. They never arrived for the arranged viewing. No contact details out of office left when they never arrived. No explanation why they never arrived. I feel sorry for people trying to sell their home and paying thousands of pounds for their incompetence

GoogleWanted to charge for a valuation for probate on a property in the same village as their shop. Rubbish customer service. Estate agents in Bawtry came for free. Will not use in future when selling our house.

FacebookRobinson Hornsby continue to give us excellent service from their Tickhill office. We sold a bungalow through them a couple of years ago and it was hassle-free: great communication and always available for help and advice. We have just been back to them for a current valuation, and once more could not have been more helpful. The valuer came at a time that suited us, was friendly yet very professional, gave his valuation and explained the basis for it very clearly, all of which we were very happy with. They continue to be our go-to estate agents.
