GoogleRobinson Hornsby have been amazing all the way through the journey, on my behalf, in selling my home and buying a new one. They marketed my property at a realistic price and it sold very quickly. This led to the seamless purchase of a new home. Communication is excellent. Always available to answer any questions and, very quick to respond to e mails. Highly professional, all staff very friendly and easy to talk to. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Particular thanks to the agent who dealt with our business, Mia Needham.

I have sold properties through RH over the years and more recently I have bought my house. My experience has always been seamless. They organised my mortgage and a solicitor making it so easy and hassle free. They were always on hand to answer questions and never failed to act quickly on my behalf. GoogleBrilliant. Helpful. Decent. Honest. They were happy to deal with 3 folk who inherited a deceased estate ( ie complex paperwork from folks all living in different places). Always responsive, always helpful and to be honest, i couldnt fault them (i usually have quite a poor view of estate agents) but they really did deliver. Im not usually a 'crower' but they did show they are worthy of 'crowing about'. Jane Bloomfield in particular was brill. Jane personally was an experienced pair of hands and she get my vote...

GoogleIt had been many years since my last move so I entered the property market with apprehension. However, after signing up with Robinson Hornsby, I quickly realised I was in safe hands. From the very first valuation I found all the team to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly.All the way through to completion they were always accessible and aided with everything I needed. A special mention to Zoe who for the most part, handled my move.Her help & support were invaluable and her customer service exceeded expectations. A true credit to the team. RH gave me a ten out of ten,five-star service and I highly recommend. Would not look anywhere else when moving again.

GoogleWe asked Robinson Hornsby to sell my parents house - which was a daunting prospect for two 87 year olds. Throughout the entire process, the RH team were extremely professional and very sensitive to my parents needs. Viewings were organised to minimise disruption, offers were thoroughly vetted, and my parents were able to achieve the asking price within 2 weeks of the property being listed. The knowledge and experience of the RH team is second to none, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service. Thanks to Emma, Isobel and the entire team for their help and support.

GoogleExcellent service. From putting our house on the market to them handing the keys over to the new owner. It took four months and a day to complete once the offer was made. RH kept us updated with regular and comprehensive emails and (when appropriate) phone calls. Always courteous, honest and direct; I would heartily recommend Robinson Hornsby. The staff were predominantly female and this seemed to soften the whole experience. I hope that doesn’t offend the gentlemen! It’s just that the calm efficiency helped navigate us through what could have been a testing time. Thanks in particular to Jane and Isobel for their sterling work.
