Great experience - would recommend.

Really good experience both buying a house and selling our property with Robinson Hornsby. We found they take a personal approach, are friendly and efficient. Their valuation of our house seemed sensible given market circumstances and it was advertised quickly. Viewings were arranged within 20 minutes of it being advertised and had sold within a week. We couldn’t have asked for more. They have also been helpful, answering questions quickly, since our sale and purchase completed. Thank you!

Brilliant!

Everyone at Robinson Hornsby was fantastic! Natalie came to value our property. She has lots of experience so was able to give us a fair, realistic valuation. Natalie made me feel at ease, gave all the information about the process and reassured that the team would do a good job with negotiating and securing a sale. Vicki was the main person who did this for us and it was always a pleasure to speak to her. She kept us in the loop, recommended a solicitor and couldn't have been more helpful. We completed our sale 3 days ago, leaving our beautiful home with a new lovely family who are loving it just as we did. We are so grateful to the whole team for helping to make it happen!

Don't list your property for sale with this Agency if you want it to be viewed by buyers

Don't list your property for sale with this company if you want potential buyers to be able to view it. I've tried repeatedly by email, phone message, website forms and rightmove messages to arrange a viewing of 2 properties but no one ever responds. I see someone else reviewing had a similar experience, so if I were a seller I would just not list with them as if buyers can't view then they don't offer. Why this is, I have no idea - but as a seller I'd certainly query why they don't respond to genuine buyer enquiries, particularly from those who are ready to offer.

o disappointed in this company! Not following legal guidelines, a lady is selling her house through this company and this lady is buying my mums through this same company! My mums sale is taking months due to the purposeful delays of the sale of her house so delaying ours! This is costing us more money I want to remove mums house to another estate agent! Now told we can’t speak to the estate agent! Yet again another illegal move I will be taking further action I want mums house back

When looking for an estate agent, I always consider my experiences as a buyer, When viewing properties Robinson Hornsby always answered the phone, called me back, asked for feedback, all things that are important to me as a seller. Competitively priced, local, so know the area and can advise both sellers and buyers. Having a point of contact, which for us was Isobel, was a great help so I spoke to the same person/people who knew what was happening on the move. Nothing was too much trouble. The Tickhill branch were a big help when selling my late grandad's home, and were constantly keeping both my solicitor and myself updated with progress updates. Their advice was very helpful and staff always keen to help when visiting the branch. (The only issue I had with them is they broke a key in a garage door during a viewing and didn't tell me about it. I had to bring it up for them to acknowledge the damage. They did agree to pay for the locksmith but it was still a minor annoyance). Saying this, I would happily go with them again when buying or selling
