GoogleI am really satisfied with service I had received from this agency for all the paperwork and signing procedure. It was fast and easy so in a few days we found our application successful. I`m about to sign a contract for my flat, wishing that quality of Northwood services will be maintained at the same level till the end of my and my partner`s contract.

The Trusted AgentI have recently instructed Northwood to find some tenants and manage my investment property for me. I can't believe how quickly it has happened! From first instruction to the tenants moving in has only been just over three weeks. Northwood go the extra mile. Melanie had an extra set of keys cut for the house, they recommended people to carry out some work that needs doing and throughout they have kept me informed about absolutely everything. Everyone I have dealt with in the office has been extremely helpful and friendly and they always make me feel welcome when I call in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as agents.

Very knowledgeable and helpful in a situation where the house was tenanted and arrangements needed to fit in with us and tenants. Additionally, interest rates shot up one month after marketing! Despite this, Northwood found plenty of interested buyers and the property was eventually sold, following impressive work by their senior sales negotiator, Karen Hobbs.
