We had a few problems which arose throughout the purchase(due to the mortgage)however she helped in every step of the way and went out of her way to do her best. I couldn???t have been happier with her service! I???ve dealt with a few estate agents from other company???s and Karen really has stood out from the rest.

GoogleFrom start to finish Mel and Kelly and the whole team were amazing. We had a 4 property chain and it was a stressful move but it couldn't have happened without Mel and Kelly. They went above and beyond to get things moving, working out of hours and doing all they could. Very professional and excellent value for money. FacebookTerrible customer service wouldn’t touch them even if I was homeless, rang Monday in regards to a property, haven’t heard from them, was told I would receive a phone call to inform me of a viewing, and then today I rang to see if the house is still available, was told yes and some one should of contacted me, I told the lady on the phone nobody had her response aw well we can’t ring every one tough look Like I said I rather be homeless than let these amateurs have my money

Right through from my first contact, valuation, keeping me posted regularly on progress of the viewings, offers and finally through to completion. The staff have all been very courteous at all times. I would thoroughly recommend this Estate Agents.

Not had too bad a service when you finally get hold of someone although a leak on the landing ceiling which was reported to the office and to the person completing inspection was never rectified. Personal choice to use them but don't expect to get your deposit back. Said leaking ceiling on landing needs decorating now (we are contributing towards decorating costs) and god forbid, some brick dust on the outside toilet sink. Beware!!!

GoogleI found the staff at Northwood very helpful. I initially enquiries about a property to rent only to find it had already gone. However once I had explained what I was looking for the staff soon found me the perfect house for my needs. They quickly arranged a viewing and started the application process. My personal circumstances changed before I could rent the property, so did not move into the premise. I can say that at all stages of the process the staff were courteous, professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
