GoogleIf it would have let me give you 0 stars I would have done. After renting for over 2 and a half years , with no late payments , property left cleaner, tidier and more habitable then when I moved in , you now want £200.00 from my deposit because you found a bit of dust on a skirting board and a small mark on a wall .... Disgusted and disappointed to say the least

Direct reviewsWe purchased a buy to let property through Northwood and the whole process has been smooth and stress free. Everyone in the team helped get our purchase over the line including Karen and Logan. Charlotte helped secure a tenant and guided us brilliantly through, navigating the usual stresses along the way with calmness and great communication. Joana and her maintenance team carried a timely and cost effective light refurbishment, which we are delighted with. They are a great team, highly recommended.

FacebookSince I am in uk for the last 8 years my one and only adress and property I lived in is rented from nortwood and all I can say is that at that time no one was letting houses to people with small kids or pets, but not a problem for them. I even got help move into property as fast as I needed to since the last tenants left the property only for 3 days and i moved in with familly in 5th day. I got immense help and understanding first from @Zoe Allan at the time of renting and later in the past 7 years with @Ioana Ursica being in contact anytime I needed something. everything was solved fast and with profesionalism.

Direct reviewsI???ve been a landlord for several years using Northwood to manage my property. I have always found the lettings team to be very helpful and responsive to myself and my tenants. I have just sold the property and the sales team did a great job marketing the property and managing the sale. Karen in particular was constantly in touch with me to keep me updated throughout the process which was really helpful and very much appreciated. Thank you all.
