Merryweathers Doncaster branch is in a prime location on Bawtry Road in Bessacarr, benefiting from plenty of FREE on-street parking, so you are sure to be able to park up easily to come in for a visit. Our trusted and dedicated staff are up to date local market changes. They live locally, so know the areas, which gives them extensive knowledge of the Doncaster area and what works best in the different areas. We also have a very experienced in- house Mortgage Advisor on hand from the Mortgage Advise Bureau, a reputable company that has won 150 awards. We offer face to face or telephone appointments.

GoogleTashana and Zack have been extremely helpful and have really gone out of their way to reassure us, they kept everything moving in our large chain! I cannot fault them at all. They have made the extra effort to keep us updated and let us know if there was or wasn’t any news. All of this and I’m not their client, I am next along in the chain. Lack of communication, we put 4 offers on a probate property and were told were the only ones interested in that property. Then, out of the blue the solicitors (executors) sold the property to a different person. Do not recommend. We could see a huge difference in communication with other estates agents.

I have used Merryweathers to both sell and buy my new home and on both occasions they have been very professional and everything has ran smoothly. They are always on the ball giving you updates on the progress they staff in the office are always very helpful and have looked after me through the whole process. I would very much recommend Merryweathers to anybody that is wanting a smooth and professional house purchase/sale.

Renting with merryweathers 5 years everything ok until now! I believe they have been letting themselves into the property without my permission as I walked in from wrk last week to find a compliments slip on the stairs I had had no letter or phone call with a date or times etc of visit. Not acceptable and made a complaint via email and no response! Obviously not bothered

GoogleSurveyor came out to value our property after the sale and undervalued it by £16,000.00. After 5 valuations at £120K, he then values at £100k !!!. After a sale agreed at £116k. Supposedly because of a property crash looming. Beware of any values this company make on your property. Use at your peril.!!!! Property crash thats going to be cursed by surveyors I think.
