The staff here are dedicated and passionate about what they do!
We have had constant contact with Marie and Helen via email and telephone for the entire 9 months of the purchase.
Every obstacle we faced they were one step ahead with finding out information for us, chasing up, negotiating and constantly keeping us updated.
The huge difference it makes to the buyer when the estate agent is a team of friendly positive staff who are all invested emotionally and physically in your purchase with you. No unanswered calls or emails. In constant contact with the solicitors on both sides.
There is no doubt they went above and beyond on numerous occasions to get us our forever home and at the right price.
We will be forever greatful for all the time and effort put in by Marie, Helen and the staff at merryweathers Doncaster.

GoogleTelephoned this Estate Agents to enquire about an apartment they had sold previously , to be told they had no paper or electronic proof on file . Very poor service especially if you have any issues with the sale later . My conclusion would be to use a more efficient agent to sell or buy property .

Has anyone else experience the same. ??????????I placed a offer on a property last week and I didn’t receive a confirmation email of offer to vender. AND this was “4 days before another person placed there offer”I’ve placed offers with other agents over the passed 6 months on other property’s with movetomove and ELR and I received emails of offer to vender straight away from both agents. It’s something esatate agent have to do to prove offer has been sent to the seller. Ive also been passed onto another lady in the office who I think is playing with peoples offers to get more commission before even ringing the vender. I could be wrong but if no email confirmation offer to vender has been sent to the new wanting to buy purchaser then what are we supposed to think. No information either unless I call that’s not good. I remember placing a offer on a property about 8 years ago with merry weathers And I’ve still not heard anything back from that either. Good job the agent that sold me my home Barton’s kept me up to date and sent me confirmation offer email or I’d be still living with parents.

In terms of your tenancy ending, once a Section 21 notice is served, the legal notice period is 8 weeks. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this period beyond what is required by law.
