Kept me up dated at all times, honest reliable. Helped my process documents by scanning and emailing them to my solicitor which was going above and beyond as I am clueless with things like this. GoogleFrom enquiring regarding a valuation at the receptionist ,to colleagues of the department and numerous calls from the valuer Ken whom was very informative within our conversation .i personally felt the staff were very compassionate learning of my situation and were very polite and courteous throughout my experience .
