GoogleHaving bought and sold a large amount of properties for both rental and renovation over the last 22 years I can honestly say I have never dealt with such an incompetent estate agent. The list of examples I could produce to substantiate this is staggering. I even called there head office on Friday afternoon to escalate my concerns so they could act upon them and provide the necessary training to their staff, it is now 2.15PM on Monday and still no one has contacted me, Needles to say I will never use haart again.

GoogleFinished purchasing a house with Haart ,Sarah arranged the initial viewing for me and she was amazing. Then the house purchase was handled by Rebecca & Alison who helped facilitate the entire process and were friendly and amazing helping to push forward the sale at every roadblock Would highly recommend buying a property through them so I can only assume they would just be as amazing at selling a property as a happy buyer & seller makes sales go smoothly.

GoogleKen really took the stress out of marketing our property. He was easy to get in contact with and quick to make an appointment with us. He was really easy to talk to, a genuinely nice person and very down to earth. He didn’t mind our dog pestering him throughout the valuation! His market knowledge of the area was unbeatable and he helped us to get a great price for our property, which was offered by the first viewers. The pictures he took made our house look it’s best and we would recommend him to our friends and family.

Hi Amy, First of all, congratulations on getting the sale agreed. That's phase one checked off the list! GoogleI am currently in the process of buying my first house and I have to admit Sarah Banks has made this process a whole lot easier. Its a shame due to the current situation that we haven't met yet but that hasn't stopped her helping us the best she can. She got us in touch with the owners of the property we are buying imediatley and "touch wood" its been a smooth ride from there. Our first offer was declined however Sarah was quick to get back on the same day with an offer that suited us and the buyer. Sarah then pointed us in to there very trusted mortgage advisor who has been excellent and saved us money along the way. She also helped us understand the process of buying a house and what steps needed to be taken. Sarah also went above an behond and also helped us optain certifed ID that has also saved us money.
