We had one of our rental properties valued to sell back in August. Ken sent an e-mail with the value and a price for them to market for us. We didn't proceed with Haart and decided to proceed with another company who were more competitive and who we felt would offer us a better service. Ken never sent a follow up to this quote or tried calling again until November. During this call he made a jibe to my partner about us already having to reduce the price. After this they then called three more times that day. I then asked for our information to be removed and for the contact to stop, the day after we then received another call. Again we called back and asked for the contact to stop and for our information to be removed. The following day we then received an e-mail which we clicked un-subscribe on and selected all communication methods. We then received another call, so this is now three times we've after for our information to be removed. I'd maybe understand if these calls and e-mails were from August before we'd made a decision with whom we were marketing the property with but all the contact we're now receiving seems misplaced and a waste of time for everyone.

The process for my partner and I has been exceptional from start to finish in regards to viewing and purchasing a property from Haart. In particular it has been Rebecca Mattimore who has shown nothing but a welcoming and professional attitude. Everything that Rebecca has dealt with has been prompt and efficient, it has made the process exciting instead of stressful! I really couldn't have asked for anything more, her experience and knowledge are second to none. I put my house on the market with Haart's last year, over a 6 week period they managed to get 8 viewers over the doorstep, and no offers. When I challenged the performance there didn't seem to be a 'plan', all the viewings were generated by the Internet profile with no actual graft from the sales team. I switched to a new estate agent who put my property on the market at the same price and had 17 viewing in a 2 week period that resulted in me being in a closed bid situation. Haart's valuer told me at the outset that there were 3 things that could prevent a sale: The wrong price The property itself The Estate Agent It seems he wasn't wrong! About 6 weeks after terminating my contract with Haart's and moving to a different agent, they rang me to ask if I wanted to reduce thd price of the property I had on the market with them as it didn't seem to be selling (!?)
