GoogleIf I could give less then one star I would the staff at this branch have been an absolute nightmare to deal with over the last few months, spoke to three members of staff over the space of 4 days and was told three different stories all contradicting each other there is a word for that.They don't return phone calls and was therefore having to chase them all of the time to get Information.Even the seller had given up on them.Would not recommend this branch to anybody

GoogleThe service I experienced when buying my first home through the Diss office was exemplary . A special mention for Katherine the branch manager who was highly experienced and helpful throughout the whole process. Harvey helped me with the viewings and taking back trademen to do some checks he was more than accommodating. Daniel did my mortgage and was extremely informative and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. If you are a first time buyer... they should be the first people you call!

Unhelpful, uncooperative and uncommunicative. We paid 6 month's rent in advance (and still had to pay for credit checks!!!???), were good tennants, left the property in perfect order and ended up having to wait 3 months to get our deposit back because William H Brown doesn't know the meaning of customer care. Great at making excuses and justifying poor performance. Couldn't even email us to say the deposit had been returned and needless to say, no apology for the long delay.

Was told when I first entered their office that they had high standards,well after 4 months of dealing with them all I can say is if that was a high standard of service I would hate to see a low standard of service from the very beginning the staff have been a nightmare to deal with they don’t return calls or pass on information even the seller they were representing stated they don’t even phone their office because in their own words they are useless. On one occasion I spoke to three different staff in the space of 4 days on each occasion I was told three different stories take from that what you will I call it lying.This is the first and last time I will even deal with this firm a most stressful business from start to finish

GoogleRented a 2 bed house from these , the house was filthy shower broken doors to cupboards in kitchen hanging at an angle , bathroom lino stunk of urine , the whole place needed a deep clean also heating did not work would not recommend this company .
