GoogleAn amazing service from both Taylor and Lauren. There is a tendency in this country for tenants to be treated as second class citizens. GoogleUseless people. Phoned and spoke to someone who said she would get someone from lettings to contact me. They did but said their manager needed to deal with it, and he would get him to contact me. Chased twice by email without success. Gave up. Terrible service.

GoogleVery inept disappointing service. I found Nicola to be rude on the phone and didn't seem to have any incentive to want to help me. They were completely out of the loop with a property we were trying to purchase. I wouldn't recommend using this branch.

GoogleStuart Ellis came to my property and explained the selling process and then arranged for a professional photographer to come and take photos and take measurements to create a floor plan. His passion for selling properties was apparent from the first moment we met and it was him that made me transfer agents. He stayed in regular contact and has answered any of my questions without hesitation. Chloe Aldous created the the particulars of my property and put it on rightmove and zoopla. I had a few queries and she was extremely responsive. The property went on the Market last night and I am very happy to say I have 6 viewings booked already. I cant praise these 2 enough they are obviously great at their jobs and a credit to the company.
