GoogleNicola and her team at William H Brown in Diss are handling the sale of my mother’s house along with the purchase of the bungalow she is to move to. Nicola, Aiden and particularly Hannah have been fabulous throughout. Very attentive and nothing is too much trouble in helping with viewings, paperwork and keeping us up to date on how the transactions are progressing. GoogleWe are just about to complete on our first home and William H Brown have been great. Zoe Leeper is our main point of contact and she has been brilliant. Always available for a call/email. As first time buyers, there were a couple of bits we wanted some guidance with and Zoe was very helpful. No question was silly & all answered so we could understand 100%. Zoe also came out last minute to allow us to view the property again before deciding to purchase. Thank you ☺️ we have also used Laura for our mortgage who was also very helpful. Thank you both! 🏡

GoogleWhilst they were professional, efficient and courteous, they were not remotely effective at selling my house. I had it on the market almost 6 months (the best months of the year) and they only managed a handful of what I would call serious viewings. In the end I marketed it myself through an online agent and it cost me £295, compared to the 4k I would have been charged in commission which I am seriously struggling to see what added value I would have got for that.

GooglePurchased my house through purple bricks (who were rubbish!) but used Laura as my mortgage advisor. She was very professional and found us a great deal even though I’m self employed. She worked very hard for us to make anything we needed happen and was very informative the whole way through. I’ve heard great things from friends about the sales staff being very friendly, hard workers and doing everything they can to provide an excellent service. I will be using this branch to sell my house in the future.

Google'High Street Estate Agents' have a poor reputation, and deservedly so. HOWEVER, on this one occasion I want to leave a very positive review for one member of staff. Jade Stanton has a job title of 'Trainee' Estate Agent but her approach to customer experience and service does not warrant the use of the word 'trainee'. She was professional, well-spoken, polite, efficient, she responded quickly with honest answers. I think Jade has an extremely promising career ahead of her in 'Client Services' or 'Customer Experience'. Well done Jade! Monty

GoogleI can’t give minus stars! Most probably the least professional set up I have ever encountered! Lack of professionalism, customer care or focus, and the worst experience I have ever had. Never returned phone calls and appeared out of their depth, Hannah was incompetent and useless and the branch manger was no better. I wish I could give minus stars, I have to give them a one star otherwise it won’t get submitted. Will never approach any William H Brown and the Diss branch were the worst. Find another estate agent if you wish to buy or sell, I have and I’m glad I did. Extremely poor performance all round

GoogleSuch a great service we’ve had with buying our first home together with William H Brown in Diss. We have mainly dealt with Zoe Leeper who has been amazing! Extremely efficient and professional throughout the process. She’s kept us well in the loop with everything, keeping us up to date with the progress and next steps. The rest of the team are all lovely too and we’ve used Laura as our mortgage advisor. Nicole came round to value the home we are selling and she was friendly and informative. Highly recommend!

GoogleDiss WHB were very very good, everything I'd hoped an estate agent should be. After nearly a year with another agency we changed to WHB, within a week the property was viewed and an offer accepted. I had a call every week even if nothing had happened. GoogleIncredibly welcoming and charming. The Agents in the William h brown Diss Branch are the exemplum of a lenting agency. Harrison Woolner helped me get through the rigors of renting a house, and exuded good humor and bonhomie. Now whether that's the product of his ebullient nature or the excellent training from Lawrence Cole who can say. Either way working with him has been a joy and the rapport established was phenomenal (as well as quick!). The amicability of the agents at this office made the process of getting established completely painless. If you're interested in living in the pleasant town of diss, I highly recommend giving the local William H Brown office a call.

GoogleStuart went to see my mum in Roydon to value her property, as she was moving into sheltered accommodation. Mum "connected" with him straight away, and despite have 2 other valuers, she wanted to have Stuart help sell the bungalow. I found him and Chloe very approachable, they always returned my calls if they were not available when I rang the office. It was incredibly stressful for mum(and myself working on mums behalf), and both Stuart and Chloe were great at relieving us of some of the stress.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
