Emailed TW Gaze, appointment made for valuation couple of days later with expert, had good valuation. Left two pieces, sold couple of weeks later above valuation. Paid a few days later. Simple, professional and very happy. Listened to live auction online. 5 stars. Believe me, I know vendors who have a problems with other so called reputable auction houses, my experience with Gaze was stress free.

GoogleUtterly appalling service. I called three times to arrange viewings on multiple properties I was interested in, each time they took a message and told me somebody would call back - they never did. How they actually manage to sell any property is beyond me.
I have looked into this and when you called we were very short staffed due to unforeseen absences and whilst this is the reason, it should still not have happened . This is not our normal service by a long way and I must apologise. If you were to call us again you would find the situation to be completely different.

GoogleTW Gaze conducted the sale of the house we now reside in. It had an extremely complex title and without the knowledge and diligence of their highly credible staff throughout the conveyancing process we would not be here today! Mike and Jordan, our primary sales negotiator worked tirelessly with our conveyancer, their solicitor and our estate agent to overcome complexity and rejections to appease our mortgage lenders and suggested resolutions to make our purchase a reality! For this we are eternally grateful. After the sale we have leveraged Rowena's expertise to offer guidance regarding re-modeling the property to work for our growing family and business. She has been instrumental in planning how we may want to live in the future and the journey has been exciting! I would thoroughly recommend TW Gaze to anyone selling a residential property, big or small as the process of moving house can be a stressful one. You can guarantee they will work hard for you and have the knowledge and expertise to deal with complexity if needed.

GoogleAwful. AVOID AT ALL COST. Told we had been gazumped the day before exchanging contracts. Totally unprofessional and completely untrustworthy.

Online Bid for a table, photos made it look in really good condition and the listing contained no details of any damage. I won and went to collect and it's badly scratched, dented and sun damaged. Poor listing practices.
